A/C temp. sensor by evaporator? help

I was putting my A/C evaperator housing back in and I don't remember where the temp sensor went. Dose it go inside the evap. housing or was it mounted on the outside of the housing? Thetemp sensor is about 2" long with about 6" of wire on it to the connector. I hope someone can tell me the answer.

I have figured it out.
There is a fin sensor or might be called air flow sensor that is in the evaprator housing that has a red-green and a yellow-black wires.
There is a lower in car temp sensor outside the evap. housing that has a red-green and a yellow wires.
