I have a VFX3524M and a VF2024M to use for my inverting. I have a HUB10 and also got the FN-DC along with a MATE and FLEXmax 80 charge controller to put the system together with. I am using a GSCM Generator Start Control Module from Atkinson Electronics, INC. with the MATE to control the generator.
67 volt at 1 Amp. I have 8 of these.
I chose the Outback Power System FLEXmax 80

I am using a GSCM Generator Start Control Module from Atkinson Electronics, INC. with the MATE to control the generator. This setup works great once setup corectly.
I chose to use 6 volt golf cart battries for my solar system backup power. I am currently using 3 banks of batteries, each bank has 4 battries rated at 220 AMP hr giving me a total of 660 amp hr of storage.
I added a 200 amp breaker box that I am supplying from the Outback inverters.
I ran new wire to all my 115 volt circuits from the new breaker box. Wirring the inverters and disconnect switches was a challenge but I got it done and everything works. Buying everything from Outback would have been easier but more costly.
I bought a Genreac 13 KW Gardain for my generator to use on my system for backup power and battery charging.
